The Avocado: Simple Eats

An avocado, a knife, a spoon, a dish and soy sauce. Okay, and a napkin.  Just slice it open, remove the pit, score it in a few directions, use the spoon to free it up from the skin and drizzle it with soy sauce.  It’s lovely, simple and quick, good fat, will keep you full for a long time so you won’t crave refined carb/sugary snacks in a few hours and its great for your complexion.
